Message from the Editor The leaves are turning colors on our seasonal trees (yes, even in southern California) and stores are lined with ornaments and festive décor – all signs that the holiday season is in full swing. Here in the U.S., many of us will be preparing turkeys and all the trimmings next week. As a special Thanksgiving-themed issue, we turn our focus to the non-profit sector and corporate giving initiatives, including our own. We also re-visit our Turkey Hotline tips from last year with new bi-lingual and social media twists.

It’s time to organize your holiday greeting card lists. When you step into the greeting card isle, doesn’t there seems to be a way to say exactly how you feel for just about every occasion? Outside of the United States, however, and you typically don't find this type of social-expression messaging. What will you find?
A special gift for you! Global Communicator has discounts to several upcoming conferences, such as two of Center for Business Intelligence’s annual events: Conference on Bio/Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Contact Centers.
Let us know if you plan to attend any of these events.
