Planning makes perfect. Okay, so technically the saying is practice makes perfect, but proper planning and preparation helps a bit, too. Even with shrinking budgets and tight resources, my opinion is, never skimp on project management.
In this issue, we return to the life science industry. And while we'll address clinical trial growth numbers, industry resources, and upcoming events, our feature article will hone in on project management practices.

Why discuss project management as the featured article in a life sciences industry focused issue? Because, this is an industry with an atmosphere of tight deadlines, budgets, and regulations — making the importance of project management evident. Further, trials continue to move to emerging markets such as Brazil, Russia, and others.

Russian
Russian is the official language of Russia, and an official language of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (Ukraine), and the unrecognized Moldovan Republic of Transnistria. It is one of the six official languages of the United Nations. Significant Russian-speaking groups also exist in Western Europe.
