Companies choose to implement international quality and industry-specific standards because many customers and industries require it. In this issue of the Global Communicator, we’ll take a look at implementing standardized quality systems, which is especially important when manufacturers are offshoring services and subcontracting to vendors.
Our featured language is Hindi, the official language of India – a country that has experienced a tremendous amount of interest from companies looking for quality labor and a lower price.
Speaking of standards, I am pleased to report that Global Language Solutions® achieved ISO9001:2000 certification this month. This certification gives our global clients and partners additional assurances of our commitment to our customers and standardized quality systems.
We are always looking for new topics of interest and reader feedback. Please send us your story ideas, share Global Communicator with a friend or colleague, or request to feature a story on your website.
