Olga Smirnova Co-Founder & CEO
As the CEO of Global Language Solutions, Ms. Smirnova has been integral in building the company's strong clientele of government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and emerging international ventures. She focuses on service expansion and the strategic implementation of new technologies to streamline company operations. Prior to co-founding GLS, Ms. Smirnova worked for an international firm, assisting the company in its marketing and advertising, public relations, and strategic development. Ms. Smirnova graduated summa cum laude from the Institute of Foreign Languages in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. She earned a bachelor's degree in English linguistics.

Inna Kassatkina Co-Founder & President
Ms. Kassatkina is co-founder and president of Global Language Solutions. Her excellent management and strategic planning skills help drive the success of GLS. As the president of GLS, she implements aggressive and innovative strategies to grow the company's revenue. Prior to co-founding GLS in 1994, Ms. Kassatkina worked for an international firm with strong interests in Russia and offered linguistic consulting to companies doing business in Eastern Europe. She also provides senior level consulting in international communications to leading healthcare, legal, and finance organizations. Ms. Kassatkina attended Moscow State University and graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor's degree in linguistics.

Silvie Peric Director of Operations
Ms. Peric is responsible for directing all production operations including staffing and inside sales management. She focuses on increasing project profitability, developing and implementing efficient processes, delivering strong customer service, and executing responsible expense management. Ms. Peric has bachelor degrees in linguistics and French from University of California, Los Angeles, and a master's in localization translation management from Monterey Institute of International Studies.

Betsy Rodriguez General Manager
As the General Manager of GLS, Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for corporate resource development, managing all employee training, and ensuring ISO compliance. Prior to her tenure at GLS, Ms. Rodriguez worked in the Office of Planning and Analysis at University of California, Santa Cruz and interned at a law firm. She attended the University of California, Santa Cruz legal studies program, is a professional member of Society for Human Resource Management, and a certified ISO 9001 internal auditor. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.

Melissa C. Gillespie Marketing and Public Relations
Ms. Gillespie is a seasoned marketing and public relations executive with more than 14 years of experience helping government agencies and global corporations effectively reach their internal and external target audiences. Ms. Gillespie is integral in GLS' marketing, social media, and public relations campaign planning and execution. She interned at the United Nations, has bachelor degrees in communication studies and Spanish from New Mexico State University, and a master's in international communications from United States International University.

Michael Dwyer Contracts Manager
In his role at GLS, Mr. Dwyer is responsible for all developing, editing, and managing all of the company's project proposals and contracts. He also manages and trains the proposal team. Mr. Dwyer brings extensive project and account management experience to GLS. Prior to joining GLS, he worked for several years developing proposals, contracts, and bids for large and small scale direct marketing initiatives. He has a bachelor's degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and a master's degree from Chapman University.
